My name is Hülya Bayram and I support companies in successfully recruiting international talent, while simultaneously guiding international academic women on their path to a clear, confident career in Germany. My mission is to build bridges – between talent and companies, between potential and opportunities.
With a background in psychology and systemic consulting, I bring in-depth knowledge of human behavior, career development, and personal strengths. I don't just work on the skills level, but support individuals and organizations in developing sustainable solutions that ensure long-term success.
