With NXT Talent Studio and our curated community events, which have been held regularly since July 2025 (HerNXT Community), we're taking a different approach.

After my time at global innovators like Tesla, ASML, and Deutsche Bahn, I've learned one thing: Recruiting is most successful when it's understood not as an isolated process, but as a strategic partnership.

The German market today needs more than just resume brokers. It needs:

• The expertise to not only find international talent, but also to professionally integrate them into local teams.

• A move away from mass agency recruitment and towards a personal investment.

Community as the core of our strategy

At NXT Talent Studio, we believe in the power of networking. For us, recruiting doesn't end with a signed employment contract. That's why we go a step further: We're building a community – HerNXT.
